John Kelly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (JK BJJ) is a beginner friendly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu team that values friendship and respect. We are located in Ballymount Corporate Park, D12F751, right beside the M50. FAMILY FRIENDLY
Everyone is welcome at JK BJJ! Nobody will ever be left out in our academy. The coaches watch the room and ensure that even the most shy person is partnered up. Our belief is that EVERYBODY is equal from white belt to black belt.
We believe everyone can benefit from Jiu Jitsu training regardless of previous experience or your own perceived physical ability. We have dedicated our lives to this because we are fully aware of the many positive impacts Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training has on every individual and this is something we wish to share with you!
We also provide the option of attending classes with your children depending on their age which can be a great time saver for families.

IRISH OPEN NATIONAL TEAM CHAMPIONS 2025 & 2026
THIS IS A HUGE ACHIEVEMENT FOR A SMALL TEAM. WE HAVE A VERY HIGH LEVEL COMPETITION TEAM AND EVERYONE MEDALLED IN THIS COMPETITION.
We have a very successful competition team. We try to support as many local competitions as possible.
You are under NO PRESSURE to compete but all members help the competition team just by turning up and training.
Competing is a great way of building confidence and helps you to bond with your team mates.
Competing also allows you to battle test your Jiu Jitsu against people outside your club and can highlight areas for improvement as well as show what you are good at.
Being part of a team is also a great way of making new friends and meeting new people!

If you're new to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, shorts and a T-shirt are fine for your first class. You can borrow a Gi at the gym if you want to try Gi Jiu-Jitsu. We offer both Gi and No-Gi training.
Unlimited adult membership at JK BJJ costs €100 per month, and teen membership costs €90 per month. Family discounts are also available. Contact us to arrange your free trial and find out more about membership.
JK BJJ offers morning and evening classes throughout the week, including Gi and No-Gi training for all experience levels. We also have open mats at weekends. Check our online timetable at jkbjj.com/adults for the latest class times.
